In 1999, I bungee'd into the 111 m drop off a bridge across the Victoria Falls on the border of Zimbabwe and Zambia. I was a lot heavier then, and I'm relieved that the bungee held. I was so nervous that I couldn't understand a word the guy was saying. And I couldn't figure out what the little strap was for. The man with the stills camera is my dad.
When they finally winched me back up, I had to walk through the metalwork of the bridge beneath where I jumped. I kept banging my head on the girders.
It turns out (on careful re-watching) that the guy was telling me to watch my head when I walked though the bridge.
Oh - and I didn't add the Steve Winwood track. That was them. I've left it in for the sake of authenticity.
