@raventhewicked ...good question. i guess it's a little of both. i feel like it rolls across my forearm and then it's... grazing my torso but not really rolling on it. yea... i wouldn't qualify that thing as a roll (although chest rolls are unfortunately getting a little more toss-y. good to distinguish probably). that one's a little more hand flicking than balance. good question, i kind of want to explore it now. : )

have you ever sustained an injury and did it affect your hooping? you just move like a BALLERINA and i miss being able to do that-- i sprained my ankle a couple of months ago and still can't move with my hoop how i want to :( physical therapy ASAP
