I replaced the bearings on an old wheel and replaced the top. I converted it to a box style, which will be coated with epoxy and have a drain. It will be nice, I can put a pot board on the end :) I was worried I would have difficulty finding the bearings. It turns out they are standard bearings and can be bought at any bearing supplier for 18-25 dollars, depending on where they are made. (China vs USA)

  • Yes. Bearings on both ends. Be sure to buy sealed bearings. Not difficult at all

  • hi great video but did you have to take the wheel box off to get to the bearings and are there bearings both ends of the drive shaft?

    i am replacing mine not looking forward to it especially as is busy season and could without the trouble
