i'm born and raised in philly and i agree 100% with joey.. my grandmother came here from italy when she was 2, became a citizen, learned english, and worked her entire life.. if you want to live in this country, SPEAK english!.. he's trying to run a business and he doesn't have time to decipher what non-speaking immigrants are trying to say.. the only people who have a problem with this are the lazy illegals who don't want to learn english but yet collect everything for free!..
