Teletech more like Telehell (for me at least)

This is just my experience.. If you don't share what I think about the company, we can discuss it. But have in mind that it's just an opinion, and should be addressed as that and only that.

@opsgh01 That I did.. And this is not a complaint.. I see it more like a warning and a review from a former employee.. I moved forward into a better job in a better company.. and I'm about to shift again to an even BETTER company :) I'll post about it in the near future (Sorry for the Bigass delay in approving this comment :( )

Being Fired is not such a bad thing IF you work for a shitty company and want to get unemployment. Years ago I had an awful job. I quit. I was being mistreated. I was denied unemployment. The folks who worked for the unemployment office told me to NEVER QUIT and always let them fire you because then you can fight for Unemployment. Plus Call Centers suck in general anyway. They always have a high turnover. Can never keep employees.

Basically they take a certain % of the profits and claim a chair in the directory by having a useless member of the local union sit his ass collecting a paycheck and keeping their pockets full.. Does it make any sense? because that's what's going on here.. over and over again.. It's vox populi but nobody seems to care

I don't think your english sounds that bad at all....for most ppl who worked there, I know they have a stronger accent. And I know what you mean, I started working in that call center, and I quit after 2.5 years. then they called me back and worked for HHRR... it still sucked hairy balls.....so I sued the company and got my fair share..... I am just glad they are gonna burn in hell :)

I agree to you brother. Thats the only shit part in a call center, your are assigned to do

more jobs. Originally you are a tech support and then you will also do sales job as in sell the products of the company. Not only that you are pressured to do that. So they save a lot of money by not putting a sales queue to do that!

They fired a really competitive person, such as myself, because a customer insulted and I asked hi not to and this faggot "supervisor" made a big fuss about it and got me fired, that freaking gringo-wannabe! Supervisor are supposed to be there to support you. The people who are in high positions are there cause they've kissed someone's butt and two of the managers were a gay couple in secret! there are team leads with the worst spelling ever. TeleTech sucks so damn much.

Telehell is the worst work environment in our town. I live in Canada. They seem to be the world over, just like a virus or parasite. They are run by greasy, lowdown, podunk, inbred, cheesy, pigfuckers!!!! If you are employed there you WILL lose your soul and will have bits of your dignity removed from you each day you work there.
