Obama has no choice but to attack Romney since he got nothing to brag about after 4 years, this should be obvious to his voters.

I'm not talking about small businesses. And with all the tax loop holes, companies such as Apple (you can look it up) are paying 9% more or less. I already agreed to small business having lower taxes. Corporations on the other hand don't need it as much. We're talking about billions of dollars here. And using your logic, why should a company higher more employees if they do get a tax cut? They're not obliged to do, as said by yourself.

Corporations and small businesses do not pay 9% or less. What you should be complaining is why everyone pays so much taxes....in general everyone should get a tax reduction but corporations and small businesses should get a larger cut in taxes so they could hire more people and create more wealth.

They should be more then willing to pay a fair share of taxes. Why should a poor person pay a 35% income when corporations only pay 9% or less in some cases. That's what i'm complaining about. That example is absolute, but it makes sense. If a corporations is making billions of dollars, higher taxes won't affect them too much, and they'll still have plenty to higher workers if they wish to do so, but most of them would rather give themselves bonuses for having a bad sales year.

You are saying that because they make a lot of money they have to pay a lot of taxes. But then you forget that no one knows a poor person giving jobs to other people. Unless corporations have money they won't hire.

He doesn't need to hire anybody, but it wouldn't hurt either. Higher Taxes isn't a punishment (not that i'm asking for a ridiculously high taxes). They should pay a fair percentage just like anybody else. There reward is the profits, and they're making a hell of a lot of profits. These corporations can afford to pay the proper amount of taxes. If they don't want to higher people, then fine. If they can't afford to be paying the taxes, then there is probably a problem with there sales.

So using your logic, if a someone does something right he shouldn't get a reward for that but instead hire someone else to do something else.

The fact that if an executive or a manager does well and is rewarded does not mean that the corporation needs more workers. But the workers should be thankful they have such good executive or manager or otherwise they wouldn't have a job.

I never said the government should tax based on bonuses. I'm just saying if these CEO's are complaining how high taxes, and that they can't higher employees, maybe they should cut back on the bonuses.

I agree with you on the bailout money.

Then why does the government has to tax corporations based on the bonuses they give? What worries me the most is money from bail outs being spent on bonuses or funding companies like Solyndra.

In a company with 30 employees, the taxes should be low. I can agree with that. But when huge corporations our giving themselves millions in bonuses, then maybe higher taxes aren't a bad idea.

High Taxes isn't a characteristic of anything. I'll call it communism when the government tells the company, How much to produce, and how to produce it. That i am against.

    2. It's a difficult reality for some to accept but goods are produced where they are most efficiently able to be produced. Due to a range of factors, including low wages in Asia, high wages in the West (in US in a large part due to union wage inflation, in Europe due to socialism partly), different costs of producing electricity to mill all the cotton and smelt the steel, the US is less competitive when producing most things. "Bringing back jobs" isn't so simple.
