Overhead Recovery Systems and Your Company Capacity

This video shows you how the system takes the numbers from your budget and calculates an overhead recovery and pricing system built specifically for your company, based on your numbers and goals. In this video, we cover the single overhead recovery system (SORS), the Field Labor Hour overhead recovery system (FLH) and the Multiple Overhead Recovery System (MORS).

We also show you how the system uses your company's numbers to calculate your company's capacity (how much revenue you should be bringing in) and compares it to how much you forecast you'll bring in. This will give you an efficiency rating to help you measure and improve waste in your company.
