@Transamboy18 Were they like batter wet or were they moist? Buttermilk pancakes are known to be a tiny bit moist in the middle when you're done cooking them because they're cake-like. If they were gooy like batter and golden brown and splotchy when you flipped them on both sides then you may have had the heat up too high. You usually want the heat on medium to just under medium temperature.
