I have watch this one video more than any other on here---it holds special meaning to me---the first time I ever drove a vehicle in a long tunnel under the ocean. I thought I would pass out!

The Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel--40 minutes from my houe--has 23 miles including two tunnels.

The tunnels allow large boats to pass over top on their way in/out of the bay. Much more efficient than say a drawbridge.
