  • Hello Molly!! Greetings from the USA (Michigan, specifically). I love your video! You have a real presence in front of the camera. You must make more videos of your progress as you tell it so well. I had the Gastric Byass 6 months ago, and have lost 100 pounds (that's about 7.5 stone if I figure it correctly) and feel great. With the GBP surgery, the hunger goes away after a couple small bites, and I am very limited to any quantity of food after that, usually 140-170 grams.

  • Because Your Limited On The Food You Eat Are You Then Limited To The Liquid That You Drink When Your Thirsty ?x

  • This is a cracking video. No hype or slagging off GBS, just how it is. Well done Mollie, you are a YouTube star. LOL

  • Thanks for sharing Molly. Yeah, that mucous can be unpleasant, but it does NOT stretch out the pouch. If it's happening too often, consider getting a little saline removed from your band. Often a quarter cc will do the trick.

  • i have been thinking about this ive done research etc about the advantages and disadvantages of having one, i am ready for one im 18 nearly 19 (wont say how much i weigh) but ive always been bigger if you know what i mean i just want to know how you can go about getting one because thats the bit im stuck on.

  • Thanks - very helpful. I'm off for my first appointment on the way to getting my own lap band operation....

  • Hello. There are 14lbs in a stone, so I have lost 108lbs if my adding up is correct! Hope this helps x
