This is the Interview i've been craving from That Metal Show for YEARS.
Finally John caved in and gave us what we wanted!
A memorable interview and finally some words about David and what a tool he is.
Bad Boy Live and "Please Don't Leave Me" are truly the classics they hype them as here.
Obviously can't WAIT for the new album. It's gonna be awesome b/c its Sykes period.

I was totally blown away the first time I heard Sykes in 1983. They had Thunder and Lighting playing at a local record store. I was listening and hear what sounded like Phil Lynott singing, but I just knew it couldnt be him singing. I asked the dude at the counter who this was and he said Thin Lizzy. No way I said... as I pulled my wallet out to buy it :D Man, Sykes made a great band a mind blowing band. I loved that album fav Thin Lizzy Album. Every tune is awesome on it.

John is fantastic! I would love to see some more earthly, stripped recordings in the studio from the band. Weird and wonderful topics, like the first Blue Murder album. His skills are definitely from another dimension - beautiful and raw. Thanks John for the inspiration and consistancy.
