  • @epistte I know the HS crane have the free fall option in the drums and run with less counter weight

  • @freakyboie19699 If you dump the material in water it helps wash the dirt out of the rock and the rock comes out cleaner when the dirt is screened out of it.

  • How much of a difference is there between the lifting cranes of the LR range and the HS duty cycle machines? I assume that the HS machines have more HP and higher capacity hyd pumps, and the superstructure is more heavily constructed.

  • The HS-series are more of a material handler than a crane. These machines are supposed to work as a dragline, with a clamshell bucket, a scrap grappel or a magnet for example.

    The LR-series are more true cranes used for heavy lifting.

  • I knew liebherr made cranes, but i never knew they made draglines! looks quite neat!
