  • @brittonsimon PM me and we can exchange emails. I don't check youtube often so be patient. If you were in my area, I'm sure I could have your house perfect in about an hour...

  • @brittonsimon Keep switching it to the next loss size port, If that doesn't work, it could be the drop coming to your house or it could be the actual levels coming from the tap that's bad. My suggestion is contacting the corporate headquarters and raising hell, politely of course. That does the trick with our "Customer Experience" program we have just started. If I knew your city/state, I may be able to get some attention your way. I am sorry for the crap you're going through.

  • @brittonsimon You should not need an amp unless you have more than 5 outlets with digital equipment on them (modem/MTA/Box). If someone did put an amp in it makes me think of a band aid, not really fixing the problem. Take a look at how the cable is run, try taking the amp out and switch the port that tv is fed from. If you look at a splitter, it will have loss on each port, -3.5db, -7db ect.Too much loss causes tiling. Try and make it the 1st -3.5 port on the 1st splitter. Keep switching...

  • @roakamun Hello, noticed your post on another anti Charter post, i can tell you we just had all of our lines run fresh, they added 2 amps and we STILL have the problem , the guys that come out are very nice and are trying their best to fix the problem , and we always give them excellent feedback, but Charter as a company is horrible, if they weren't a monopoly like they are in my area they wouldn't get away with this , Charter is hands down the worst, most pitiful company ever!

  • Hallofhealing is right. You may want to update the lines or splitters in your house and stop blaming it on Charter. I'm willing to bet the signal issue is IN YOUR HOUSE, and that's your responsibility, not theirs. However you can PAY them to update your house for you. FYI all cable companies suck when your the one having issues. Try to find out why instead of pointing fingers because I bet that finger will point into your own home. Let's put money on it.

  • CHARTER COMMUNICATIONS IS THE WORST COMPANY THAT I HAVE DEALT WITH. They have charged me for services that I have not asked for, have not canceled services that I have asked to be canceled, have increased by monthly rate with no explanation, are charging me for equipment that I own, are unable to help me over the phone, are going to charge me a cancellation fee if I do not continue service with them AND NOW THEY CALL BE EVERY DAY.

  • Dude, there is something going on there at the house. It's obviously an RF issue. You just need a competant technician to fix that problem. I've never left a house before the problem was fixed. Sorry you're having trouble man.
