Can anyone tell me how I can use it in the states? I think I know where to buy it; But I don't know at all how it works to get it to work here... What phone carriers can work on this?

Well only stores that sells Docomo/softbank phones, but before u buy this phone u have to make sure that u get a hypersim for docomo phones. ur carrier use the same GSM code that this phone has and this phone has 900/1800/1900/
i kno that AT&T uses 850/1900
my friend told me that it works for T-Moble too (not really sure)
