  • just dont use this punches it seems funny!but all the other was brilliant!!gj

  • @13Metal13Head13 Thank you

  • tmygirl I sent you a message hopefully clarifying. Judo (sport) Aikido (spiritual/self defense) all come from Jujutsu. jujutsu is 2500+ yrs old Judo 1882 Aikido 1928 Tae Kwon Do 1956 Krav Maga 1947 Kick Boxing 1970 as you can see most martial arts that you mentioned are very new jujutsu is not a sport BJJ is. JJ is an art of combat which most MA systems derived their systems from. JJ is the tree the rest of the MA are the branches.

  • I love your videos but i compete in bjj (no gi) and there is noo striking

  • @tomygirl652 Which is excellent JJ is a great art, but keep in mind in the street applying an arm bar otr technique on an aggressive opponent is 100X easier if you use strikes. Personally we all have the same 24 hrs a day in our life how we spend it is what makes the difference. If I spend it learning everything your learning and strikes ec who do you think is going to be that much more prepared in a real conflict against multiple assailants? ill let you answer that , all the best.

  • this guy is way good and can beat me but this stuff never seems to be a black belt sensei against another black belt who is at the same level or close, i hate that. and i know it's a demonstration but this shit is way more the stale mate for two guys at the same level who spar all out at each other.

  • @MegaLuigiv Actually thats a great point, but the true answer is these techniques are designed to protect you against some violent attack, be it in a bar, your house a parking lot etc and give you somewhat better chance of survival. A true blackbelt is supposed to be disciplined and respecyful with a high degree of integrity, so when two black belts meet, in my opinion why would they fight. The whole premise of being a black belt is not to fight not initiate one.

  • @bikerchrish its not just striking it self u strike to sensitive areas is up to u how har or if u good enough to hit the area but it is mainly to disturb and stop oponet before u pul an armbar etc and than it is again how far u take it! like bjj love jjj

  • BEEN TRAINING OVER 15 YEARS, BOUNCING EVEN LONGER, VERY WELL DONE, OSHHHH,,,,,

  • Nice demo and great skills but his partner seems to take a bit of a beating. :O)

  • i want to learn this stuff...i doubt that we have this art at this part of the world

  • striking is great against multiple attackers. I am with you on that. I guess we do the soft art of bjj so we can stop someone without harming them if we want. of course I will never have to fight another black belt/black sash/boxer/muay thai fighter/ ect, in real life. I mean anyone in a gang (in America anyway) or who would mug me, wouldnt be a well trained fighter, it just doesnt happen. 32 years of martial arts has taught me that striking has a place and so does submissions. just my opinion.

  • @TimA340 never a truer word spoken brother. i love jujutsu, as you say most other arts are off-shoots of the original. i practise genshinkan jujitsu which is a combat effective style of the traditional martial art but we also combine aspects of the more modern styles like judo, aikido, bjj, karate, muay thai, krav maga etc. anything that works really. but having said that, while it is a hybrid style im learning my sensei leans heavily towards the 'jj tree' as you so rightly stated. respect.

  • like the idea behind wht ur doin cause it seems practical but jiujitsu in iteslf is more of a sport than anything soo ya if were talking about learning hand to hand thts where mcmap or akido or judo and others
