Part 5

NOTE1: only one segment here...since the last fight pre Persephone it's pretty easy, that whole part count as a cinematic more than fights.

NOTE2: haha I almost die being stoned!!...I got too close to the beams :(

NOTE3: Notice how much damage the third minotaur has in comparison with the others 2, during the 5º battle.

Well, I still haven't recorded persephone yet, her second stage is extremely dangerous and I haven't had too much time to see her proper approaches.

  • @TazOne1 Perhaps they failed to have this one loose HP with his armor. Hard to say.

  • @BigVEE (HP Last Minotaur) I got to him like 3 or 4 for times...and he always take around 150 hit, far more than the others (around 90 hits). I think they just put there with more HP...and only for being the last.

    Possible glitch. Weird stuff happens sometimes. Unkillable foes. Recall Erinys from GoS as demonstrated by Shin.

    Even outside that condition, I save often just in case. PS3 or otherwise.

    The CoO variety can't even run. It would be too cruel.  Unsporting to say the least.

  • @BigVEE (Flight) hahaha...I scared the hell out when I was playing hah

    (Last Gauntlet) I messed up more when you have to recover your items/weapons/spells than in this final gauntlet. (The hoplites likes to attack off-screen...they are perfect for this part...Imagine if they have put cyclops here...they would never get to you haha)

    (NG Agressive) Thanks to NG...for the reflex, and the cyclops are too slow comparing to IS ninjas ahha.

    (Forced Ram) I think deals a bit more damage in comparison with the first minotaur approach. Also did u notice how much more damage the third minotaur has?

    (Gorgons Queens) That happened to me to...the PSP likes to do that.

    37:00 Not much of a final gauntlet. Had they given the save before (and after), they could have perhaps made a larger stair well with more portions to the Tower for bigger and better battles (maybe put Gorgon Head traps on some of the walls, include a small pool or a cliff, etc.). Spice things up rather than falling into the NGS2 trap of a large featureless arena. Handheld entries have too much of that anyway.

    NOTE: Three Major waves and two minor waves would suffice.

  • 7:35 Oh God I would be getting so pissed off if this was GoS. That entry would have had the Cyclops attacking during my grabs (as I come out of it) while it was still mostly off-screen.

    7:50 Another area where Harpies are good for AI pacification.

    11:30 Luckily they aren't NG aggressive, eh?

    18:40 Took a shine to using t0 to force the Ram I see.

    22:40 This part used to piss me off on the PSP because there is no save around and it tended to crash.
