ok I don't know how to explain this but how do you do the effect where it like goes in and out real fast..Don't know if thats understandable..You do it at the begining of the video..Uhmm yea I would love to know because im making a video right now and would like to do that :D

i'm assuming that you have windows movie maker too...
so, what i did for that effect was that i took the scene clips, split it into three parts and for each part i split, i used either the "ease in" or "ease out" effects. i cant remember in what order i did them, but just experiment with it to find out. hope that helps.
