@lgarvey I think you just draw up your own passport. At archive dot org, if you search a file called "remembering who you are", you'll see an example of this from another veteran of the Freeman movement, Mary Croft.

'STATEMENT OF DEFENCE' properly written and sworn before a notary or commissioner upon a tax charge under the Rev. Act stating that you the defendant viametly and expresly deny the charge against you for the following reasons: (you look it up) bs crap freeman ha!
