America has a serious propaganda program operating. To me, the problem is not so much "corporate personhood," but "PEOPLE corporatehood." Dump the "strawman," U.S. Citizen, and give the token back to the Monopolists; learn how to deal in private contract law.

I agree with Patrick Henry. The purpose of the Constitution is to control the govt., not to control the people. It's only by consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal Corporation that we volunteer to be enslaved.

The 14th Amendment to the Constitution created a secondary class of citizens so the slaves could become federal citizens and be "freed." The only problem today, is that most people have been duped into giving up their Unalienable rights to become second class federal citizens.

If so many people are tricked... how does my electric company 'know' to put my name in "all caps" - I bet if I called them and started asking them about it they would think I am stark raving mad... cuz THEY don't know either... so WHO is 'perpatrating' this "FRAUD"?

@jaketrobinson The practical application is not going to jail for victimless crimes and that sort of thing; there are two political jurisdictions - one for people and one for persons. So, who has proceeded successfully with this line of thinking when faced by said Federal Corporation? It's great to see videos and hear the thoughts portrayed. I'd prefer to see evidence that what is being stated has been adhered to as factual by the testimony of those who have utilized this information in their defense and are now truly living outside the purported jurisdiction that enslaves us.

You know, I wonder about that "legit" govt. But what is the definition of "government?" If it's voluntary, then is it govt.? To me, all govt. is voluntary. That was how the founders viewed it too. As a matter of fact, the current system is voluntary, as this video points out. So, if you don't like it, quit! What I like about The Rupublic is, it's a govt. by agreement. You can have courts set up to take care of your private law matters, your torts, etc.

@sharlenemusiclover How do you feel about the idea that 'consensual' and 'voluntary' are two different concepts, albeit with an overlap? I (not alone) see consent as any agreement arrived at without actual force or an explicit threat of force. Veiled coercion, propaganda, hyperbole, demagoguery are the nefarious means by which it may be reached. These are non-voluntary means, but not involuntary means (as force, a promise of force, or a direct threat of force are). There are the voluntary means.
