@djhitretz done the terminal command and still get it on logic 9.1.3 seems to go down a bit when i have selected an audio track or restart playing a few times

Im getting this in logic 9.1.2 and i have 16 cores with hyperthreading one core going nuts and the others are around 20%???!!!
