My favourite, Booker T and the MG's track is "Slim Jenkins Place" It is an object lesson in chord and time changes, yet spare and funky.

I hold Duck Dunn in the same regard as James Jamerson, Bob Babbit, and David Hood. The bass on any Stax, Motown, or Muscle Shoals record is what bass playing is all about to me.
