This is a clip from the Batman Beyond episode "Rats!". The ep itself wasn't that great but the highlight for sure was the introduction of Mad Stan. BLOW IT ALL UP!!!
Batman Beyond takes place in the future where Bruce is now an 80-year-old man living in his manor where his only companion is his dog, Ace. After a series of circumstances, he meets the teenager Terry McGinnis who he hires to be the new Batman in Neo-Gotham.
