Christ I hate the ketchup snobs. I grew up on the West Side and was eating Jew hot dogs at Madsion and Central 50 years ago and I don't need some transplant from Iowa State telling me I shouldn't use ketchup.

Chicagoans get too picky about the condiments "It has to be neon green", long as it's a vienna beef or a Scott Peterson on a poppy seed bun with all the trimmings who gives a shit what color the relish is? It's just dye anyways.
