"The Gambler" cover at the P.N.E. singing contest Aug. 2008

Yes, I sang "The Gambler" again, but this time was sure different, I had a wonderful experience singing this song at the "Red Robinson Star Talent Showdown" contest. I was one of 10 singers that day and I didn't win, but wow, it was fabulous. You could say I got a little sample of what it's like singing to a fairly large group of people, smiling at you, and they started clapping during the first verse, that was a pleasant surprise! Sure have to be in this environment again, with the "Tevin James Band!" And when I got off the stage (I already talked to him earlier) RED ROBINSON shook my hand and said, "that was good, Kenny Rogers would be proud of you!" I believe I was the only person that he shook hands with, yee haw! P.S. Notice the shirt I'm wearing?? Enjoy the video...........
