TCOM, L.P. Groundbreaking Ceremony in February 2008

This is a video showing the Albemarle Economic Development Commission's TCOM, L.P. Groundbreaking Ceremony that was held on February 21, 2008.

Dating back to the Wright Brothers' stay in Elizabeth City in 1903, Northeastern North Carolina has been a jumping off place for many history-making milestones. From the deployment of blimps that combated enemy submarines during World War II to the aerostat test flights underway in this new millennium, Elizabeth City has launched many news-making events.
