Kevins mustang bullitt was stolen from his house. For two weeks the guy had been driving it around, and was spotted a few times. We were out on a Saturday night, randomly saw him, and followed the thief to a club. When he knew we were after the car, he rammed 3 cars to get out of the parking lot and hit me to escape. He drove approximately a mile to a industrial park where he dumped the car, and rode away with an accomplice. They were followed but not caught by FHP due to no chase rule in effect
