@RYAND548 Poppers are surface lures that aren't streemline and usually cone shaped or concaved at the front where you tie your line and when you retrive it it "pops" on the surface acting like a jumping fish. Spinners/slicers are thin strips of heavy stainless steel with reflectors on its side and one set of treble hooks on that tail end (Small bait fish). Lures are surface to deep diving depends on what fish your looking for? They can resemble bait fish in the area or random coulours that work.
