Punctal plugs are removable silicone plugs that are used to keep tears from draining too quickly out of the eye. They can be inserted by an eye doctor in the office, and are particularly helpful for patients suffering from dry eye. Sometimes used empiriclly after LASIK surgery.

  • i just got these today, how will i know if i lose one?

  • I use to put artificial tear drops in my eyes, but now i have these plugs to decrease the tears, works well for me.
