Thank you for your great tips. I'm an animator who stuck on the slow method for ten years, that made me burned out. Your tips gave me a lot of hope to improve my work speed plus quality. Thank you man.

This REALLY helped me, I've been looking for a intensive workflow for a while. The only thing I didn't understand is when you mentioned working with your secondary animation in your detail step. Wouldn't you incorporate the secondary animation in the blocking?

@iamspid3rman some people do incorporate secondary into their blocking. I personally don't unless it is an integral part of the character. The reason why, is if you need to shift poses around and re-time your animation, then your secondary won't fit anymore. Leaving the secondary until the final stage will ensure that you don't have to re-do any of the harder stages like secondary.

Hi DJ, that video is great man, it really makes a lot of sense. I will practice it, been trying to get more in the zone myself, and cut the distractions. Keeping doing what you doing, I recentely found out about the animationsalvation site and it´s full of pure gold stuff. great fireworks too ;)

@bdanieltube I'm glad you like the AnimationSalvation website. I haven't had time to work on it for quite a while now, but we have a thriving community over there.
