The basic idea = the basic idea behind why holocaust denial is illegal in Denmark.

"U.N human rights"... Yes, which is why holocaust denial is illegal. Technically blashepmy is illegal in Denmark too, but isn't enforced, because the law clashes with "freedom of religion", which is also in the Danish law.

Since when is "opinion" an "academic theory"? I said opinion, because it's just that, an opinion.

@moe80ca Don't get me wrong. I don't find all religious people stupid, because most aren't - I just find the whole idea rather lacking in cohesion. I was raised as a Christian, and I was a very devout believer when I was younger, but that was ONLY because I was raised that way, and hadn't really thought about it.

You missed my point as well. I don't want to dictate anything to the world to force people to reject their beliefs - that is exactly the opposite of what I want. I'm not a religion. :p
