Project: Report - Round Two Announcement Video.

In partnership with the Pulitzer Center, YouTube presents Project: Report, a journalism contest (made possible by Sony VAIO & Intel) intended for non-professional, aspiring journalists to tell stories not covered by traditional media outlets that might not otherwise be told.

ROUND TWO ASSIGNMENT:
Tell a story about something happening in your local community that addresses a topic or an issue that resonates with people around the world.

This local/global piece should be 4 minutes or less, and be submitted in English or with English subtitles.

You'll notice how this NEVER got any views, but youtube hacked it into the top. How else would it have less than Freds vids and appear out of nowhere at #1? And it's not about the counter not updating. Check the stats, it's listed at #1 and will continue to have less views than freds all night. Can we say youtube cheated? yes we can, LOL. This reminds me of when chad and steve put up a video and shazam it was #1 even though at the time no one knew them or were interested.
