Me, Andy, and Maddy bang out a short intense workout together. 500 m row, 30 burpess and 10 push jerks (95# W/ 165#M). Andy is my strength and conditioning coach for my upcoming fight Dec 5th 2009.

  • Are the burpees supposed to be jumped higher?

  • for this workout all that was required was a small jump (fit a credit card underneath) other workouts can use the standard of jumping high enough to fit a fist under... and even more diabolical is a burpee box jump lol

  • the girls are jumping higher than the guy, have to say he is cheating. "only for this workout you need to jump up just as high as a credit card" yea sure dude. she was working harder than you, lmao.
