0:10...that is an awful release point. OMG i tried to start correcting but there is too many thing dear lord.

There is a difference between momentum pitching and running at the plate. I would focus on landing closed, then creating hip-shoulder separation, then, finally, throwing the ball, focusing on pronation while I lead with my elbow, releasing the ball, and powerfully pronating the release of every pitch.

no when his foot lands its in the cocked position, just like it should be.
-
It looks like this may lead to leaving the ball up in the zone?
-
ur hands are breaking too early

Looks really good. The only thing I would work on is not letting the landing knee lock out after you release so violently. Try to keep everything going to the plate even after you throw.

that is bad ass. I want to stride that far. The only thing wrong with that is your arm needs to stay back longer. Then with your stride, it will be like a slingshot. Look at where Tim Lincecum's arm is when he lands on his stride, which is about how far you stride. It is by his hip still. Then it rockets out. That is why they call him the freak

Andrew:
Do not shorten your stride. Its length gives you the distance over which to develop momentum - a central feature of MP. Your stride and keeping low look fine to me.
-
take a look at your stride it should be about your height, but i think your over striding
How should I go about shortening my stride?
