Moral, when he's older and still in the shape that chicks want to check him out and you're fat dumb and "happy" I think the difference is he will be the one STILL having the full enjoyments of life and you'll have the typical body that's breaking down from doing dumb shit.   • I workout too!!! but i drink and smoke, so i get no good results :(( i'd have to quit to see results. Maybe if i quit smoking and limit my drinkin say 2 or 3 times a month i can still enjoy myself while having a gr8 body :D! Or do i have to QUIT drinking too :(( I wana loose sober sometimes, just to realise im still human maybe a little casual drink :)

  • I used to smoke weed everyday for 2 years straight then I gave it up along with ciggerettes I found the difference in my fitness I was able to run more I was able to lift more and now fitness is my new hobbie,I train 3 days a week running boxing weightlifting and it gives you a good sence of euphoria a natural high,Better than sitting in a room stoned laughing at stupid shit,I do miss my stoner days and I do drink at the weekend but keeping fit is cool,Drugs are for mugs

    totally agree with you, thing is.. people are not searching for more info about the exercies before they start doing them. Thats were the problem is, as you said all this is dangerous but could been done in the right way with the same results.

    So yeah..people chose to get injured and strong instead of strong and healthy, for now and later in the future.

    good point, keep on doing what you do.
