Progression has really started to slow down. Not sure how to start straightening my legs. Threw the push up in just to show I could.

  • @ParkourJesse Thanks bud. I'll give it a shot.

  • Try starting off in a full handstand and progressively bringing the front of you're body forward whilst at the same time slowly getting youre body from vertical to horizontal in a downward motion.

    If you don't have enough strength at a certain point you can always try helping yourself with a wall of something.
