Dance-ercise.

So.. sometimes when I feel like I need a pick me up.. I dance. I turn up the music and dance to all my favourite songs and just go for it! It's such a good stress relief and it does release endorphins. Afterwards I felt much better as this week has been not only stressful but somewhat blah for me. I may seem like a dork, but whatever, just wanted to share :)
