Festival Betances 2011

Este año celebramos el tema Yo soy Villa Victoria con una serie de eventos gratuitos y divertidos que incluyen: conciertos, espectáculos de danza, actividades familiares, comida tradicional y las artesanías que resaltan la diversidad de la cultura latina.
