    He doesn't get stabbed. The clip is from the 1st episode in the 2nd season when Little Finger says to Cersi "Knowledge is Power." And Cersi has the king's guard flex on L.F. Then Cersi says "Power is Power." Look up the latter quote and you should be able to find the scene.
