Chetan Anand's forgotten masterpiece, Rajesh Khanna's first release, one of the best soundtracks. A must-watch for Rajesh Khanna aficionados to see where it all started. Waheeda Rehman recommended him for Khamoshi after seeing this--the talent and screen presence are unmistakable.

Its actually Khyam showing his unique capability to compose songs in a way that seems
"shabnam(music) phol(lyrics) per ger rahi ho.)
For me he wasnt big commercial thing and R.D & many more are bettrer then him BUT
Wasnt he untouchable when he got his kind of poetry and then compose it gardless to commercial need of certain time.
........Just seems like authority on such poetry....................
