  • Pointless exercise. Are people too embarrassed to sing ?

  • @miserichord People are singing but the video didn't pick it up - Why would they be embarrassed anyway??

  • @miserichord People sing, it's just embarassing.

Grown men who don't have good voices may be shy to sing loudly and proudly infront of their mates, so do it silently..

You can't sing it like a football chant because it needs passionate vocals.

  • @PenkhullStokie

what ? i think you will find im a season ticket holder and was sitting at Wembley block 115 row 24 ? i never asked you for tickets

  • @StokieBoy31 You're not going, you asked me to get tickets for you! Don't lie to look good on YouTube!

  • Can't wait to go Wembley in 16 days time with Stoke in there first FA Cup final! Abide with me :) can't wait

  • Amazingly someone has posted a recording of the first time 'Abide With Me' was sung in 1927 with 92,000 voices. Even on an old LP its stunning, what must it have sounded like on the pitch? Its in YouTube under "Live recording from The F A Cup final 1927 "abide with Me" 92,000 voices"

  • I WAS THERE! PUP

  • amen

  • I do hope they do this at the Champions LEague final this year
