In Monterey Bay, this tagged wild sea otter stores a rock on its tummy and uses it to pound open its 'food'. When its done, the rock slips away. Cute sea otters are a tourism favorite off the few piers of Monterey, California as well as a Monterey Bay Aquarium attraction.
