i know this thread was years ago, but the 1999 show was in the city aud, the 98 show was at the youth outreach center.

Nice! I just pulled out my old tricked out CD today. I used to listen to that in my car with a 15" Solo Baric sub. The beats are awesome. You have some killer zoom on that camera btw.

yeah...I remember MOA 1999 as that was the year I got beat up before the party in a Denny's bathroom off the Bijou exit in the Springs by some guys who labeled me gay (which I'm not) due to my raver clothing and such and said it was their god given right to kill "fags" and quoted the bible as they kicked my a*%. Suffice it to say, I was happy MOA 2000 was held in Denver.

Wow That sucks! Omar has been my favorite DJ forever. I have never seen him, but I get to in August. How was he when you saw him?

He was alright.....but I'm not the biggest fan of him. As a Detroiter (now living in Colorado though), I'm really partial to that scene, so my favourites are Kevin Saunderson, Carl Craig, Juan Atkins, Stacey Pullen, etc...I find most other djs fall short of them.
