Private Property & Discrimination

Property rights are absolutely secondary to human and civil rights. All people have a right to equal access and opporunity to businesses and markets, because these are sustained by society and The People are society.
To permit businesses to discriminate is to sanction the denial of both equal access to market, and to the means which allow their use. Such a market is decidedly NOT "free".
