The solutions for carbon ammisions are already there now.
You can make baking soder or use it to generate energy.

Actully your going down that road of macrobats too hey. I knew i was on to somthing with that.
So tell me how would one get past the issues of godism, war and opression dynamics in this allowance for reginal and specialised macrobats to fully perform by the power of individuals becuase in effect they would be touting wuite a diffrent solution to a police state solution.
