Oh my. I don't even know where to start with this one. I guess as long as you know Jesus it's gonna have to be ok that you're wrong about this. It's good to be ready to suffer tribulation. I think it would probably be better to be ready to be eagerly watching for His Coming at any time...like He told us to about 100 times...lol. But...like I said, Lot didn't want to leave Sodom before judgment came either. The angels still drug him out. So you can come anyway, too. It'll be a nice surprise!? Ha!

On the day that Lot went out from Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven and destroyed them all. It will be just the same on the day that the Son of Man is revealed.

It's a picture of the Rapture before the judgment comes. The fire on Sodom is a picture of judgment. And the whole tribulation is judgment, not just the day Christ returns.

No, the tribulation is a time of 'testing' that's coming on the whole earth...judgement is the result of that testing.

God says that judgment must begin at his house 1Peter4:17. the 7 yr trib. is about refining the church so she is w/o spot or wrinkle... The Lord tells us that he chastens those he loves Rev. 3:19

After God uses Babylon to judge the church God will then judge Babylon. Jer51:5 and 11. The temple that God is angry about is not a building it is the body of Christ. ephesians 2:21-22.

"A day with the Lord is as a thousand years." Him coming is imminent. It has been imminent from the beginning. It will be imminent until He comes. God does not reckon time in the same way as you do because He exists outside of time. I fail to understand your emphasis on the word "have" in the verse from first John. Many antichrists HAD come when he wrote that: Cain, Nimrod, Antiochus Epiphanes, Pharaoh Seti, King Herod...John was just reiterating the obvious.

The "coming" is the Greek word Parousia... which everywhere else carries the meaning of Presence... Is Jesus' presence within you? :)

Um...Paul doesn't say that the Rapture occurs at any point in the Day of the Lord (aka Tribulation) in Chapter 4 of I Thessalonians. If fact, He doesn't use any of those qualifiers anywhere in the whole chapter. You just drew that conclusion all on your own.
