@11flip22 How exactly did the legal system fail us? It was vehicular manslaughter, which sounds gruesome, but is somewhat of a pussy charge in terms how the consequences. Look at any of his interviews on the issue, he is almost in tears anytime it's brought up, and he paid his dues.

I love how smoothcollected went the direction of every old black woman in the Obama election. If you don't like something a black person does, it obviously HAS to be because you're a racist or jealous. This man killed someone. It doesn't matter if he was driving drunk or not. He killed them. The man will never go back to his family. Stallworth deserves a 10 year minimum sentence. Stupidity is not an excuse for running a person over. This is common sense stuff. No degree required.

speaking in my own opinion, Michael Vick got 23 months of prison, it doesnt seem to fair that this bastard donte stallworth gets 30 days of jail just because he has money, he committed vehicular homicide, he deserves to rot in jai. hes a piece of shit. and Roger Goodell might never let him back in the league because of the image he just placed on the NFL. This jagoff should rot in jail, period.
