http://bradscottfitness.com This is one of the best leg and butt workouts for women. If you want to tighten up your butt and legs this is the workout for you.

We started off focusing on the thighs with the slow isolated squats.
We then did box jumps.

Do 3 sets of each workout with 1-=20 reps.

We then did slow isolated lunges followed by the box jump lunges.

The lunges really focus on tightening your butt.

If you do this leg and butt workout you are going to have sexy legs and a nice butt to go along with them.

  • @SIMPLYMEJESSICAJAN If you have bad knees just step up onto the box. This is high intensity training and it works like a charm

  • I know people say the only way to get rid of love handles is to diet, but what if you just need to tone up that area a little? any good exercises for that?

  • @GRITSmakeupbeauty any type of cardio is going to help with that. If you do any type of running, biking, plyometrics. This workout here is actually great cardio aswell. Have you tried any of the beachbody programs like p90x or insanity? They rock

  • @SIMPLYMEJESSICAJAN just remember if you step up onto the box, to alternate legs so they both are getting a workout

  • It was almost like I got a butt lift after doing so many lunges with weights. I love lunges! Squats....always make me feel sick for some reason.
