This is the first episode of my new Pokémon Platinum series called Pokémon Platinum Tips. In these episodes I'll show you how to get pokémon like Golem, or Gible, or others like Magnezone, and do other things like getting through Victory Road.

In this first episode I'll show you how to get yourself a Rotom. In Pokémon Diamond and Pearl you needed the National Dex to get this little guy, but they've changed this.
After beating Gardenia, the gym-leader from Eterna City, you can return to the Eterna Forest and talk to her... She will say that she's very busy, but she isn't. She's scared half to death. Then cut the trees away and go inside the creepy old house.

Walk to the hallway and turn to the left and go inside the second room to get to Rotom. REMEMBER: You can only fight Rotom between 8 PM in the evening and 4 AM in the morning. If you thump the TV Set in the Old chateau too late or too early, he won't appear. If you have caught Rotom, there are other things to check out, like the restless spirit of the old man in the kitchen and the little girl in the room
next to the room with the poster with the evil red eyes. There are only gastly's in the Old chateau, so that's pretty boring!

Uhuh, that was like the first thing I knew about Pokemon platinum, but I wanted to play the game for a while first, and then when I went back to catch Rotom, I created the Pokemon platinum tips series.

Can you catch rotom more than once? because I accidently caught it with an adamant nature WITHOUT knowing the natures importence (sorry if I spelled anything wrong) .

You cannot catch Rotom more then 1 time. But ofcourse you can trade with friends to get another one.

@Muddytalon I caught one with a pokeball :D  And that was the first "legendary" I have ever caught without a master ball!
