  • yer i no all that...i mean they body stucture...chasie and all the gud 'service features' if u will..ie. the 1 nut wheel thingo..and the easy changeing of the wires etc......

  • Yes, all that features are in the XC as well as the SX.

  • oh, ok..thx 4 the info..im thinking of getting the 450sx,450xc or a 450 yfzR..but i like the features and the simplicity of the 450sx.dos the xc have the same features as the SX??

  • No, the XC is different. SX has a fast revving DOHC engine, 49.8" wide, lower, razr mx with dwt bealock wheels, wp suspension etc

  • isnt the FI meant to be better then the carb..?is so would that down grade the performance a bit..seen as they only use the carb is much more easy to service?

  • Also, carb is easier in the competition because you don't have to carry a laptop around with you and understand electronics etc

  • im sold.

  • Hey where did you get your stickers

    Made?

  • i ride trails at my cottage and there are complaits of noise is the 450 xc louder than the other 450 like yamaha and honda.....?

  • I have this quad and it is amazing. Well werth the extra money.

  • FI is easy for the average rider. In competition in certain conditions the carb is better. For example in GNCC, almost all the quads use carb: ktm xc, yfz, trx and even the new yfzR which has EFI, they've put a carb into it for GNCC. Bet you didn't know that...

This is because carb is a mechanic device and so, doesn't have electrical issues like the FI when the quads pass in the mud and water. So carb is more reliable in those conditions.
