I am working in an Internet company which is 100% remote, we have no office anymore. We use Google Aps since 2 years, and we are very happy, as it allows us the instant sharing and collaborative work. No problems :-)

As a freelance consultant with clients scattered over several continents and timezones, I have been google since Google Apps launched.
This way I can spend my time on what matters, clients and contents instead of upkeep.
Seamless communication, document sharing with user priviledges and integrated synch across utilities makes the Google App platform an essential key to my workflow!!

I wanted to provide a website for people with codependency issues who do not have access to CODA meetings-this site would be non-profit, and therefore expensive for me. After acquiring the domain elsewhere, I finally became frustrated trying to get my site up, and switched to Google web apps to get my starter page off the ground...which I was able to do in a day, all by myself! I'm still not entirely sure what a 'url' is, but I fully intend to pay Google to host me when I'm ready (spring 2010)
